I aim to ship within 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please understand that I am a small business and cannot ship at the pace a large company may do so.

I am not responsible for damaged items in the mail, I do my best to wrap the item securely with precaution. I know it sucks when these things happen, so message me if it does and then I can find a solution for us!

I am not responsible for lost items in the mail. If your order is being shipped to a drop off point, it is your responsibility as the customer to collect it. If it gets returned back to me due to it not being collected by the customer, you will have to pay for shipping again.

Charmz - All charms are handmade and handsculpted by me. Meaning that , as with any handmade item - I would recommend gentle use and not to use the item agressively (don't fling it around!). However, from my personal experience, they are quite durable!

Avoid rubbing alcohol/acetone to clean as this can wear the clear resin coating.
